Community power is immense. Project Heroes First creates a space where Veterans connect with peers who understand their experiences, share stories, offer encouragement, and find support to tackle life's challenges. Join us in honoring our Veterans by supporting Project Heroes First.

Project hero first is one non profit I trust in. They have been great since the begining and excited to see them keep helping any and all veterans. Mental health is a serious thing in the veteran community, combine that with fitness makes great success. Being able to work out makes it easier to express myself especially working out with other veterans

Joel Marietti Army Veteran - IF3 national champ

This place has become my second home. I am allowed to be myself, meet other Veterans in my same position, and get to workout together. The comaraderie has grown with this organization being only a year old. Justin has helped me get stronger, faster leaner which helped me more with the mental recovery.

As a veteran, finding a sense of community and camaraderie is incredibly important to me, and Project Heroes First has truly delivered on that front. From the moment I joined, I felt welcomed and supported by both the staff and fellow veterans. The sense of belonging and shared experiences created an environment where I felt understood and valued. The workouts were not only effective but also tailored to our needs, making them both challenging and enjoyable.Project Heroes First is more than just a nonprofit; its a lifeline for veterans seeking connection and purpose. I highly recommend it to any veteran looking for a place where they can feel at home and improve their physical and mental well-being

Project Heroes First stands out as an extraordinary organization making a profound impact on veterans in our community. Through their unwavering dedication to empowering individuals with physical or traumatic impairments, especially our cherished veterans, they've created a transformative space that goes beyond conventional support.

The organization's emphasis on the powerful combination of exercise and community is truly commendable. Witnessing the positive change it brings, I made the decision to send veterans their way for assistance. Project Heroes First is not just a charity; it's a force for good, a beacon of hope that actively rebuilds lives. Their holistic approach, centered around mental health enrichment and fitness, is genuinely uplifting. Choosing Project Heroes First was an easy decision it's an organization that doesn't just talk about making a difference; it's actively creating a positive and lasting impact on the lives of our deserving veterans.

I have had the pleasure of working with Justin and watching him lead an incredible group of veterans looking to improve their fitness and mental health. You will be surrounded with people who are not only trying to transform their life but who are excited to see their brothers and sisters do the same.
