PHF’s mission is to empower heroes and their families by creating healing environments that blend physical rehabilitation with mental wellness support. This program is honored after the late Air Force Tech-Sgt Paredez who lost his life to Veteran 22.

  • 300 families have been strengthened with resources that honor their role in healing and resilience.

  • 1,200 hours of training and counseling have empowered our Heroes to overcome challenges and build purposeful futures.

  • 85% of participants report improved mental health, stronger community connections, and renewed confidence.

At Project Heroes First, we know that true recovery means more than overcoming immediate challenges—it means creating lasting pathways to resilience, opportunity, and purpose. That’s why our ultimate goal is to establish a dedicated facility designed to serve veterans and first responders in every dimension of their journey.
